Blanck is in the country at the invitation of the Metropolitan Public Enterprise of Tourist Destination Management, Quito Turismo. This company invited him to deliver a plaque certifying Quito’s Metropolitan Convention Center as “the first building in Ecuador that meets the universal design standards for buildings for public use.” This event will be held on January 17.
