To be eligible to participate in the OPC project, you must:

• Have a high school diploma or its equivalence;
• Have a documented disability that substantially limits a major life activity; and
• Be 24 years of age or younger (when beginning the program)

Individuals who have not earned a high school diploma, but who otherwise would be eligible to participate in the OPC project, will be encouraged to seek preparation for the New York State Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) high school equivalency credential.
