Janice Baldon-Gutter is the Underserved Populations and Senior Coordinator at the Burton Blatt Institute (BBI) at Syracuse University, where she supports the Southeast ADA Center.

Janice has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and 18 years teaching in higher education. Prior to joining BBI, she was a Human Resource Generalist for DuPont Chemical Company. She taught 18 years at the University of Louisville School of Business and teaches AI Basic courses  with the University of Louisville Digital Transformation Center. She is certified in Artificial Intelligence, Business Data Intelligence (BI-Microsoft), and holds course certifications from the Rocky Mountain ADA Center. She is Author of: Caregiving: A Daughter’s Story (2010) and The Triangle of Discrimination: Physical, Age, Disability (2026).

Janice holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Education/Training/Leadership from the University of Louisville, and a Master in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
