iastefan@syr.eduAs Director of Research Administration, Ingrid oversees BBI’s budget, including the financial management of sponsored programs, projects as well as gifts and endowments. She collaborates extensively with management, researchers, and staff regarding grant proposals, financial reports, and to ensure administrative compliance and efficiency in BBI’s operations. She is the liaison to SU central offices, including the Office of Research and HR.
Ingrid holds an MA and an MBA, and has extensive international experiences within grant management, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting. She has previously worked within research administration for a European university, and as a management consultant for numerous private and public sector organizations, amongst other roles.
