hmdiblas@syr.eduAs Assistant Project Director of Phase 2 of the multi-county California PADs project, Heather oversees the financial management of the project and subcontractors by working closely with the Director of Sponsored Programs and BBI Director of Research Administration to ensure proper fiscal management of the total project.
Heather comes from the Syracuse University office of Sponsored Programs where she had full responsibility for subrecipient monitoring of subawards on sponsored projects and the execution of subaward agreements.
