Noemi Enchautegui-de-Jesus, Ph.D.
Senior Research Associate

Noemi Enchautegui-de-Jesus, Ph.D., is a dual appointee as a Senior Research Associate at the Burton Blatt Institute, as well as Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Syracuse University. Enchautegui was born in New York City, was raised in Puerto Rico, and most recently, lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Community Psychology from New York University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the Family Research Consortium III (funded by the National Institute of Mental Health) at the University of Michigan.

Psychosocial and structural aspects of employment and work and family issues are Enchautegui’s areas of disability studies specialties. Enchautegui is a member of the following professional affiliations: American Psychological Association, Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management, Society for the Psychological Study of Ethnic Minorities; and the National Council on Family Relations.
