Raymond "Chip" Kenney is the Director for the Southeast Technical Assistance and Continuing Education (TACE) Center. He has over 30 years of extensive experience working in the fields of rehabilitation and disability studies relative to academics, disability rights, and managing service delivery programs for persons with disabilities.
