We are a capacity-enhancing collaboration tool to assist dissemination of project learning, learning from others, and sharing practices to achieve common goals of enhanced inclusion of students with disabilities in education and training programs that lead to career pathways in high growth industries.
The OPC project members of the CoP openly discuss and share our strategies, interventions and learning acquired through this project to stimulate productive discussions of challenges of serving this population.

The New Career Pathways Checklist
The Career Pathways Checklist has been added to the Literacy Information and Communication System (LINCS). This checklist is designed as a work aid that helps adult education and workforce program managers and administrators determine the extent to which a newly developed or existing career pathways program meets the requirements for career pathways in section (3)(7) of WIOA.
