Dr. Blanck to speak to the National Council on Disability (NCD) at its next quarterly meeting in Concord, New Hampshire. He will be among a panel of speakers to address the NCD on Emerging Technology in Employment and Education.
The National Council on Disability is an independent federal agency making recommendations to the President and Congress to enhance the quality of life for all Americans with disabilities and their families.
