During this 90 plus 90 minute Master Class, leading practitioners will share strategies for participation of marginalized groups in the development agenda. Sectors covered include: education, infrastructure, rule of law, employment and health.

Addressing the Billion Person Equity Gap: Disability-Inclusion in the Post-2015 Development Goals

The objectives of the session are to introduce development practitioners to the core concepts of disability inclusive development as a dimension of the post-2015 development goals. Panelists will introduce core concepts related to a sector of development and then a moderator will open a discussion with participants about disability and post 2015 development goals. The session will consist of a panel of experts engaged in disability inclusive development representing the perspective of IGOs, DPOs, and academia and the state of the art of the discussion about disability and the post 2015-development goals.
