BBI teams up with disability law and policy experts in Egypt to advance understanding of Egyptian disability law

BBI is working with local disabled peoples organizations and experts at Helwan University to develop a country disability rights report to appear in the 2014 edition of the African Disability Rights Yearbook published by the University of Pretoria. This is the second year that BBI has collaborated on research for UP’s groundbreaking disability rights publication.

This summer, BBI will launch its inaugural Summer Disability Rights Fellow program. Two of our three fellows will be focused on advancing research on disability law in the African region.
