Michael Morris, J.D.
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Morris is best known for his 25 years of experience advancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities at the local, state, and national levels. He is the former national executive director of United Cerebral Palsy Associations. His research and policy proposals to improve technology assistance for persons with disabilities have been implemented by Congress, and he directs multiple projects that break down barriers to independence, including grants with the Departments of Labor and Health and Human Services, the Social Security Administration, and the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research. Mr. Morris served as legal counsel to the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee and staff to former U.S. Senator Lowell Weicker from Connecticut.
